Your tier is based on combined active project value — the total contracted or estimated value of projects currently in progress with us. Your exact fee within each range is set during onboarding, based on your real project workload.
Included each quarter: 4 / 9 / 15 bid estimates and 3 / 8 / 12 change orders for Builder Essentials / Growth Builder / Builder Partner. Enterprise volume is sized to you. Anything beyond your quarterly allotment is billed per item at a flat rate, shown below.

HOW PRICING ADJUSTS
Tier changes: We discuss any move before adjusting your fee.
Busy periods: Estimates and change orders beyond your quarterly allotment are billed at a flat per-item rate for your tier.
Quarterly review: Short-term swings do not automatically change your tier.
