Trent Hamby has spent nearly four years working hands-on with hundreds of builders, customers, and subcontractors on real residential projects — preparing estimates, managing purchase orders, and handling change orders that shipped on real jobs, not just in a spreadsheet exercise. That experience is the entire reason this business exists: watching how much of a builder's time gets absorbed by estimating and back-office work that doesn't need to happen on-site, and realizing that work could be done remotely, reliably, and without adding to a builder's headcount.
